Showman & Cultural Manager

I am a cultural manager and performer working at the intersection of immersive arts, experience design, and audience development. My research focuses on how live performance can become a transformative encounter — especially for the under-30 public that traditional institutions have yet to reach.
I work across three registers simultaneously: producing and coordinating events (Swing Circus Festival, Angel Rooftop), analysing cultural enterprises through the lens of business strategy and audience development, and developing independent artistic research through Festa delle Ombre — an immersive project exploring trust, anonymity, and sensory modulation as thresholds for inner participation.
I am interested in the cultural sector as a place where aesthetic vision and strategic thinking are not opposites, but the same gesture seen from different angles.
